The French Martini

This is one of Mamma Bear’s favorites. It uses vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice. Mamma Bear likes hers dry, but some prefer a sweeter version by changing the ratio of vodka and pineapple juice.

Put ice in a martini glass and fill with cold water. Let it sit while you make the drink (3-5 minutes) to chill the glass. Empty the martini glass when the drink is ready.

Pineapple juice

Mixing the drink:
Fill a shaker with ice cubes
Add 3 shots of vodka
Add 1/2 shot of Chambord
Add 1/2 shot of pineapple juice
Stir about 15 times
Strain into the martini glass.

While no garnish is necessary, a twist of lemon is often used.
